Streamlining SMITE's D2C Storefront and Support-a-Creator Program

We’re excited to announce a significant update to Hi-Rez’s Support-a-Creator program for SMITE 1 and the soon-to-be-released SMITE 2. 

In preparation for the SMITE 2 launch, in response to community feedback and our ongoing commitment to improving the player and creator experience, we’re unifying the creator storefronts into one seamless webshop where players can support creators with creator codes. This change is designed to make it easier for players to shop in support of their favorite creators.

Benefits for Players & Creators:

• Simplified Experience for Players: No more hunting for specific creator storefronts. Now, players can visit one unified destination to purchase in-game items and support their favorite content creators seamlessly.

• Streamlined Promotion for Creators: Creators can now concentrate on promoting their creator codes within the SMITE storefront, eliminating the need to manage individual stores. This makes their calls to action clearer and more impactful.

How It Works:

When players visit the new unified storefront, they can easily enter a creator’s code at checkout or right from the homepage. This ensures that creators receive the support they deserve while enhancing the overall shopping experience for players.
