Platform Update: Messaging & Key Distribution Improvements

It has been a little while since we’ve shared a platform update, but we promise this one is well worth the wait as we have a big new feature and a host of improvements. Plus, we’ve got a lot more in the pipeline, so be sure to check out the Coming Soon section for a sneak peek of what’s to come. 

Creator Key Distribution Improvements

Two months ago we released the creator key distribution feature to make Nexus even more well-rounded when it comes to creator program management. While the initial rollout was a success, we received some great feedback from our customers that we wanted to put into action as quickly as possible. That’s why we’ve recently released several improvements to the key distribution system, including the ability to send keys from multiple lists at once, the ability to edit the subject line of the email, a full-featured WYSIWYG editor, the ability to save as drafts and schedule key distributions, and finally, the ability to preview key distribution emails before sending. We’re now even more confident that the Nexus key distribution system is best-in-class. 

Creator Campaigns

Many of the improvements we made to the key distribution feature have also been rolled into our newest feature, creator campaigns. This feature allows publishers to easily communicate with the creators in their programs with all of the same quality-of-life features that our key distribution system now has. In addition, not only do campaigns on Nexus send messages to creators’ emails, it also sends notifications directly to their dashboard, making sure that the creators in your program will always stay up-to-date with the latest information, even if their inbox isn’t at zero.

We’ve got some exciting updates that are just around the corner. These include customizable content platform authentication requirements, the ability to set minimum sub and follower requirements for Twitch, YouTube, and TikTok, shareable shortlinks and QR codes for creators to promote, and multi-language localization for the entire creator onboarding process.
