It’s a new year and we’ve hit the ground running with some great new updates. Read on for the features and improvements we’ve made to the Nexus platform over the holidays and within the first few weeks of 2024.
Our goal at Nexus is to be the place for creator program management, and in talking with our partners they’ve let us know that distributing keys to creators in their programs is critical. Whether those keys are for new builds of the game, in-game rewards for performance, or for creators to give to their audience, we’ve added the ability for publishers to quickly and easily distribute keys to creators.
We believe another critical aspect of creator programs is monitoring creator performance. That’s why we’ve added creator content metrics for YouTube, Twitch, and TikTok to publisher dashboards. Now, when a creator applies to a program, publishers can get an at-a-glance view of that creator’s average video views on YouTube and TikTok and their concurrent viewership on Twitch. Additionally, these metrics will stay up-to-date so publishers can continue to monitor creator performance throughout the life of their program. This is just the start of our plans for content performance monitoring, so keep an eye out for more soon.
On a non-feature note, we’ve introduced public office hours for our engineering team! We want to be available for any questions current or prospective partners may have, so we’ve set aside time each month for our engineering team to be available to answer questions about our platform, the integration process, what we’re currently working on, or (almost) anything else you can imagine. Want to chat? Folks in North America can schedule times with us here, and folks in the EU can schedule times with us here.
As usual, that’s not all! We have big plans for the platform, and that means lots of updates and new features are coming down the pike. In the next few months you can look forward to messaging capabilities for publishers to communicate with the creators in their programs, more advanced creator content data and analytics, and additional rules and requirements publishers can enable in their creator onboard flows.
We hope you’ve had a fantastic start to the new year!
