Platform Update: Improved Publisher Dashboard Experience & User Management for Creators

Another month has passed, and with it, we’ve released several new features and improvements across the platform. Read on for more details!

SKU-Specific Revenue Share

As mentioned in our previous update, we’ve been working on increasing publisher flexibility with regard to their Support-a-Creator programs by introducing the ability to customize revenue share by SKUs. While this has been possible for a few months, we’ve yet to have a publisher-facing UI that allows them to manage this for themselves. That’s now changed, as we’ve rolled out extensive SKU-specific revenue share customization and scheduling in publisher dashboards. This is an incredibly powerful feature that further empowers publishers to optimize their programs and better engage creators and players.

Updated Publisher Dashboard Experience

In addition to the UI for customizable SKU revenue shares, we’ve also completely revamped the organization of the publisher dashboard to create a more logical and user-friendly experience. Instead of using the Settings page as the single point for managing everything related to the account and programs, we’ve added new distinct sections for all the ways you can manage creator programs and other sections for managing publisher accounts themselves.

Not only does this reorganization make publisher dashboards easier to use, it will also serve as a better foundation for our continued work to add functionality and improve reporting for publishers. Keep an eye on these updates and the publisher dashboard for even more improvements in this area!

User Management for Creators

Just like last month, we didn’t want to leave creators out of the fun. We’ve added the ability for creators to invite others to help manage their Nexus account, just like publishers have been able to do. This feature has been highly requested by creator management organizations and by creators with teams to help them run their businesses, so we were happy to prioritize this new feature.

Coming Soon

As we near the end of 2023, our appetite for new features and improvements isn’t letting up. Before the end of the year we’re looking to continue to add new features to publisher dashboards like enhanced reporting, better tools to manage creator applications and onboarding, and even more revenue share customization options. We hope you have a great start to the holiday season and are looking forward to showing you what we’re working on.
