It’s been awhile, but we’ve been hard at work on a ton of great new features that we're excited to share. Let's dive in:

We’ve released a major update to our Content Insights tool that allows publishers to better analyze the content that creators in their programs are making and see how it relates to the performance of their programs. This includes the ability to view video transcripts, video engagement metrics, and AI-generated summaries, empowering you with deeper content visibility and actionable insights.
Creators can now be automatically sorted into different tiers based on performance metrics you define. This streamlines your creator program by effortlessly aligning incentives with creator growth and performance. This feature is currently not available in the publisher dashboard, so if you’d like to enable it, please reach out to your account manager.
Publishers can now enable the Nexus Discord bot for their Discord server. Once enabled, creators joining your program will have the option to authenticate with Discord and be automatically invited to your Discord server with the role(s) of your choice. In the future, we plan to integrate our existing creator key and messaging features into Discord as well, so keep an eye out!
We've expanded publishers’ options for creator onboarding requirements by adding optional Reddit and Discord OAuth. This gives creators even more ways to verify their identity and allows publishers to broaden the scope of the creators they invite into their programs.

Nexus has partnered with k-ID to help our publisher partners comply with global privacy and safety regulations and ensure creators of all ages can join Support-a-Creator programs safely and legally. See our blog post for more details.
All of the above would normally make for a full platform update, but we’ve got a host of other publisher dashboard improvements and features as well:
Creator Tier Descriptions: Publishers can now create descriptions for each creator tier so that creators can see the tier requirements or the benefits they’ll receive.
Revenue Share & Commission Breakdowns: We know calculating creator revenue shares and commissions can be complicated, that’s why we’ve added breakdowns and tooltips throughout the publisher dashboard to help setting up your program a breeze.
Creator Code Aliases: Since creators can have multiple codes associated with their Nexus account, we wanted to make sure publishers had visibility into all of them right from their dashboard.
Export Creator Lists: Publishers can now quickly export a comprehensive list of all the creators in their program (including those who are pending, denied, or removed) for external management and reporting.
Program Performance Metrics: Insight into the performance of your creator program is critical; that’s why we’ve introduced conversion and reactivation metrics to give publishers a quick and easy way to see exactly how their program is performing. We’ll also be adding our new ROCS metric soon!
Terms of Service Enforcement: Creators can now be required to view and agree to terms of service, program rules, or other agreements before joining your programs.
Creator Code Time-To-Live (TTL): Publishers can now set custom expiration periods for creator codes straight from their dashboard. Note: This feature requires API integration with your current in-game TTL setting. See our documentation for more details.
That was a lot, but we’re not done. We have many more exciting features and improvements on the way, so keep an eye out in the coming months for further updates!
