Platform Update: Major Publisher Dashboard Improvements & Creator Codes On Nexus Storefronts

It’s been a couple of months since our last update, but we’re making up for it with loads of improvements for publishers. Let’s dive in!

Publisher Dashboard Improvements

Over the past two months, we’ve focused on improving the usability and functionality of publisher dashboards in a myriad of ways. Rather than breaking each of these out on its own, we’ll quickly summarize the new features here:

  • Publishers can now customize the number of displayed rows for both pending and accepted creators in their program, making creator management easier.

  • Pending and accepted creators can also now be sorted by view count on their respective platforms so publishers can quickly find their largest creators.

  • The total number of pending and accepted creators are now displayed to publishers for at-a-glance information.

  • The confirmation dialogue box when rejecting a creator can now be disabled, streamlining the creator review process.

  • A list of all key distributions made by a publisher can quickly be exported to see which creators received which keys at what time.

  • Notifications to publishers of pending creators for their programs have been made more customizable to reduce email overload and ensure the appropriate program manager receives the notifications.

  • Additional customizable emails to creators have been added for various publisher dashboard actions, making sure creators are always informed when changes are made.

  • The top creators in a program are now displayed in the publisher dashboard and can be filtered by date and sorted by revenue or creator earnings. This list can also be exported for easy use.

Support-a-Creator Codes On Nexus Storefronts

We don’t often highlight our publisher storefronts in these product updates, but we recently released a significant new storefront feature that we’re excited about.

Previously, publisher storefronts and Support-a-Creator storefronts were separate entities. If a player wanted to support a creator by buying something from a Nexus storefront, they had to do so through that creator’s Nexus store. To give publishers more flexibility in how their Nexus storefronts work with creators, we’ve integrated our in-game Support-a-Creator system directly into our own storefront product. This creates a more streamlined experience for customers, allowing them to go straight to the publisher’s storefront and enter a creator code rather than a separate creator-specific store.

As a bonus, this allows publishers to leverage our extensive creator program management tools in their dashboard, which have not been accessible for storefront-based programs. You can checkout our first storefront with Support-a-Creator codes at Hi-Rez’s Official Smite Store.
